Wild Anglia itself receives no government funding although sponsored by DEFRA. Wild Anglia is a Community Interest Company meaning any funds it has or are raised are used for the promotion and furthering of the core work in the strategy, a Not for Profit organisation. We support the development of funding bids alongside projects and promote opportunities for partners to work with each other ‘at scale’ to achieve their aims. Wild Anglia would be pleased to add value to those bids and receive funding.
One of the benefits of partnership working is that organisations can develop strong projects with multiple outcomes together with the right people to manage them. However, even when partners are in place projects usually still need funding to get off the ground – this where Wild Anglia can help.
We help to develop and promote projects to improve the chance of a successful application to funding providers. We can support the development of bids to both national and European funds such as:
- European Regional Development Fund
- European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development
- European Social Fund
- Heritage Lottery Fund
- Big Lottery Fund
- Regional Growth Fund
- Green Investment Bank
- Biffa Small & Main Grants Scheme
- Biffa Flagship Scheme
- Aviva Community Fund
